Brazil has denied rumors of negotiations with Pep Guardiola. It was previously reported that representatives of the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) are interested in inviting Guardiola as head coach and have called him several times this year.
According to ESPN, this information is not true. It is claimed that CBF were interested in appointing Guardiola even before signing a contract with current head coach Dorival Junior. The last contacts with the Spanish specialist took place in 2022.  
The president of the organization, Ednaldo Rodriguez, also denies information about recent negotiations.
Even though he is one of the greatest trainers in the world, CBF has not had any contact with him.  We are cooperating with the coaching staff of Dorival Junior and we are satisfied.
