World number three Alexander Zverev beat number 13 Holger Rune in the semi-finals of the Masters in Paris - 6:3, 7:6 (4).
For Zverev this is the 65th victory in 2024. He is equal to Jannik Sinner, they are the leaders of the tour in this indicator. At the same time, Sinner has six defeats and seven titles, the German has 20 defeats and one title (Rome).  
Zverev reached the Masters final for the second time this season and 12th in his career. He has six titles at this level.
Zverev for the first time since the victorious final tournament of 2021 reached the final of a hard tournament in a category above ATP 250.
On Monday he will overtake Carlos Alcaraz in the rankings and again become second.
