We are talking about partial coverage of the amount - the total expenses for referees for the season are estimated at 25 million euros, the presidents of League 1 and League 2 are requesting coverage of expenses of 10 million euros from this amount.
This request may concern not only the next season 2025/26, but also the season 2026/27. It will likely be discussed at a meeting of the French Professional Football League on the progress of the economic plan.
